Why we started an AI implementation consultancy
Vantus was founded by people who have spent their careers in construction, project delivery and enterprise technology. We saw firms licence capable AI tools and then struggle to make them part of real work. Vantus exists to close that gap, one workflow at a time.

Joe brings more than eight years of construction and infrastructure experience across the UK and UAE, covering quantity surveying, cost management, commercial risk and project delivery at firms including Turner & Townsend and Arcadis. He has worked inside the workflows Vantus improves, so he knows where AI can deliver real value. He is passionate about turning that into adoption that sticks on every engagement.

Mark brings more than 30 years of IT delivery experience, encompassing software development, global IT infrastructure deployment, change management and innovation - in high pressure environments, from engineering to professional services. He is passionate about delivering client value through well thought out architectures, data governance and secure enterprise deployment across every engagement.
