How we work: our AI implementation process

A clear path from first conversation to everyday use

Every stage of our AI implementation process follows the same principles: understand the work, measure before changing it, keep people accountable for decisions and leave your team stronger.

Principles

Practitioner-led

People who understand
how projects work.

Measured

A baseline is agreed before anything changes.

Vendor-neutral

We recommend the tools that fit, not the ones we resell.

Human-reviewed

People check and own every output that matters.

YOUR EXPERTISE FIRST

You know the work. We start by listening.

Your people understand the contracts, the clients and the judgement calls that keep projects moving. That knowledge is the most valuable input to any AI workflow, so every engagement starts with it, not with a tool.

01

Listen to the people who do the work

We spend time with the surveyors, engineers, designers and project leads who run the workflow day to day, not only the people who commission it.

02

Learn it in your language

We map the workflow as your team describes it, with your documents, systems, approvals and the exceptions that never make it into a process manual.

03

Build it around your judgement

Your expertise sets the rules. We turn it into AI-assisted workflows that prepare the groundwork, while your people review, decide and stay accountable.

Closing the gap between what your experts know and what your systems can do.

Questions clients ask

How is work priced?

Each engagement is scoped and priced after a discovery call, based on the workflows and people involved.

How long does it take?

Timescales depend on scope. We agree a timetable with you before any work starts.

Do you need access to our systems?

Only what the agreed workflow needs, set up with your IT team and limited to the engagement.

Which AI tools do you use?

We are not tied to a vendor and recommend tools that fit your systems, data rules and budget.

Does our IT team need to be involved?

Usually yes, for access and security sign-off. We keep their time to a minimum.

Do you work in the UK and the UAE?

Yes. We support teams in both markets, remotely and on site.
