The task
Project and contract teams need to know what each party must do, by when and what happens if a notice is missed. Reading long contracts and amendments to build that picture takes time and is easy to get wrong under pressure.
The approach
The sample documents are processed with an AI-assisted review configured to extract obligations, notice periods, time-bars and amended clauses, each with a reference back to the clause it came from.
Human review
Every extracted item is checked by a qualified professional before it enters the obligation register. Uncertain items are flagged for review rather than silently accepted.
